Pruning
The WeissEarley Pruning service is performed annually unless specified otherwise. In the NW part of the state, most ornamentals spring-growth has hardened off by July 15th. At this time, they are ready for trimming. Hand pruning is the preferred method of trimming, however many plants that have been sheered for several years cannot be turned around without replacement. At your request, we will evaluate your plantings and make recommendations.
With our Pruning service, the following is performed:
- Ornamental trees and shrubs will be pruned for aesthetics to keep them contained within the space they've been planted.
- Ornamental beds will be edged and weeded at this time as well.
