Tram, Patio with Fireplace and Courtyard Entry
This project is situated on a beautiful lake front property on the west side of Erie. Our client conveyed their intent in making the property more inviting to guests and more usable during the summer months.
This extensive exterior renovation addresses the complete functionality of the site and has provided extended uses of the property.
The project consisted of a front entry renovation, patio renovation, fencing and electric tram service to the lake shore.
